Remy Hair in Metro Detroit

Remy is the most useful word on a bundle label, and it describes something physical: hair kept aligned root to tip so all the cuticles face the same direction, which is why it stays smooth instead of matting. All four Kelly Beauty stores carry remy bundles, closures and wigs.

The short answer

For a short-term install, non-remy is a reasonable saving. For anything worn for weeks or reused, remy costs less per wear because it survives washing and restyling. Virgin remy, with no chemical processing at all, is the most predictable if you plan to color it.
