How Online Order Pickup Works in Detroit

Every online order from kellybeautyonline.com is collected at one place: our Detroit store at 15221 Houston Whittier St, just off Gratiot near 7 Mile. That's worth knowing before you choose pickup at checkout, particularly if you usually shop at Eastpointe, Warren or Roseville.

How the timing works

Order processing runs on business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. An order placed before 2 PM Eastern on a weekday begins processing the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend, begin processing the next business day. Processing typically takes one to three business days, and it's a separate thing from collecting: wait for confirmation that the order is ready before driving over.

Why pickup is often the better option

Stock quantities online are live from the warehouse, so what you see available is what's there. If you need a specific color code, cap size or shade, ordering it removes the risk of driving over and finding the shelf empty. It also saves carrying a large order around the store.

Store hours for collection

The Detroit store opens at 8:45 AM Monday through Saturday, closing at 8 PM Monday to Wednesday and 8:15 PM Thursday through Saturday. Sunday is 9 AM to 6:15 PM, though remember that processing does not run on Sundays.

The alternative

It opens at 8:45 AM every day but Sunday, with the latest closing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:15 PM. Coming from downtown or Midtown, Gratiot runs straight there; from the west side, 7 Mile or Davison to Conner is the quickest way over.
