Braiding Hair Near Hamtramck, MI

Hamtramck has two deep braiding hair sections within about fifteen minutes: our Detroit store east on Davison or 7 Mile, and the Warren store north on Van Dyke. Both stock the full range of fibers, lengths and color codes.

What's in the aisles

Small rubber bands do the securing at the ends, and the cheap ones snap or grip too hard and take hair with them when they come off. Worth spending a little on, and worth cutting rather than pulling at take-down. They sit with the pre-stretched and bulk packs, crochet hair, braid gel, edge control, mousse, rods, setting lotion and the sectioning combs and clips.

Two chances at a color

If a code is out at one store, the other is a short drive in a different direction rather than a repeat of the same trip. Worth knowing when you're matching an existing style rather than starting fresh.

Hours

Detroit opens at 8:45 AM six days a week. Warren stays open until 9 PM Monday through Saturday. Between them that covers a morning install and a night-before pickup.

Getting here from Hamtramck

Hamtramck is close to two of our stores. Davison or 7 Mile east reaches the Detroit store near Gratiot and 7 Mile in about 12 minutes, and Van Dyke north reaches the Warren store in the Majestic Plaza in about 15.
