Braiding Hair Near Sterling Heights, MI

From Sterling Heights the braiding hair aisles are ten to fifteen minutes south on Van Dyke, in the Majestic Plaza. Our Roseville store on Gratiot is a comparable run from the east side of the city, and both carry the full section.

What's stocked

Pre-stretched packs come tapered at the ends, which is what gives a braid a clean finish without the blunt line where added hair stops. Bulk is cheaper and blunt-cut for anyone who tapers it themselves. Both are stocked in synthetic, blend and human across the standard codes plus ombres and brights, with crochet hair, gel, edge control, mousse, rods and sectioning tools.

Pre-stretched or bulk

Pre-stretched saves the prep and gives a softer end on a finished braid. Bulk is blunt-cut, costs less per pack, and is the better buy if you are extending locs or prefer to taper by hand. Most people doing box or knotless braids take pre-stretched.

Late enough for the night before

Both stores stay open until 9 PM Monday through Saturday, which covers buying hair the evening before an install rather than the morning of.

Getting here from Sterling Heights

From Sterling Heights, head south on Van Dyke and you'll reach our Warren store in the Majestic Plaza between 11 Mile and 12 Mile, about 10 to 15 minutes from the 16 Mile area. It's open until 9 PM Monday through Saturday, so an evening trip after work works fine.
