Gratiot Avenue starts downtown and runs northeast out of the city, which makes the trip from downtown to our Detroit store one straight road. About twenty minutes to Houston Whittier, just before 7 Mile, or a little quicker on I-94 east to Conner at off-peak times.

What's at the Detroit store

This is the store that opens earliest, at 8:45 AM six days a week, which makes it the practical one for anyone starting a shift downtown. It carries the full line: braiding hair and bundles, the wig wall, lashes, cosmetics, nails, skin care, hot tools, hair care and the accessory, apparel and jewelry sections. It is also the only online pickup point.

Every online order from kellybeautyonline.com is collected here. If you know exactly what you want, ordering first and collecting removes the search entirely, and weekday orders placed before 2 PM Eastern begin processing the same day.

Hours

8:45 AM to 8 PM Monday to Wednesday, 8:45 AM to 8:15 PM Thursday through Saturday, and 9 AM to 6:15 PM Sunday.

Getting here from Downtown Detroit

Gratiot Avenue starts downtown and runs straight to our Detroit store: follow it northeast for about 20 minutes to Houston Whittier, just before 7 Mile. I-94 east to Conner is a little faster at off-peak times. The Detroit store is also where online orders are picked up.
